Kraig Vondran
Kraig has extensive experience in leadership, strategy, business development, operations and management of companies from start-ups to running the finance functions of a $265 million division of a $1 billion organization.
Kraig is the former CEO of iSALUS Healthcare, where he helped grow the company from 6 clients in the state of Indiana, to over 60 clients in 32 states in less than 2 years.
Kraig also served as an advisory to Newt Gingrich and his Center for Healthcare Transformation, focusing on the deployment of Electronic Medical Records. In this role Kraig assisted former congressman Patrick Kennedy draft legislation on the deployment of electronic health records.
As the COO/CFO of the largest privately held dental group in Texas, Kraig led the expansion of the company by adding 3 new locations and tripling the staff in a 6-month period, as well as, acquiring a dental supply company.
Kraig has been the CFO of several multi-million dollar manufacturing companies.
As a certified Strategy Professional utilizing the Balanced Scorecard, Kraig brings significant experience in building effective organizations and strategically aligning corporate efforts, with a strong emphasis on business development.
Kraig is a certified administrator and trainer of Professional DynaMetric Programs (PDP), a world leader in workforce research and development, offers an integrated management system that produces maximum return from your investment in people.
